The Buyer acquired as an add-on to their platform company in the industry, a company that develops materials and techniques designed to train professionals on ways to enhance the function, safety and quality of life for individuals with dementia caused by Alzheimers or other conditions. The acquisition complements the buyers growing stable of training and education companies. This is their 6th acquisition so far this year.
